Terms of Service

Last updated: October 18, 2026

1. Agreement

By using Mesher you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

2. What the Service Is

Mesher gives you a page at your own handle. On it you can publish posts, list digital products and online sessions, take payment for them, and keep a list of people who asked to hear when you publish.

We provide the page, the checkout and the delivery: a digital product is downloaded from the buyer's receipt, and a booked session gets a video link. What you sell is still yours - see section 6.

3. Your Account

  • Give accurate information and keep it current
  • You are responsible for your credentials and for what happens under your account
  • Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without your permission
  • You must be at least 13 to hold an account, and at least 18 to sell
  • One person or organisation per account; do not share a login

4. Your Handle

Your handle is yours while your account exists. Deleting your account releases it, and somebody else may take it. Changing it stops the old address working, so links you have already shared will need updating.

We may reclaim a handle that impersonates somebody, infringes a trademark, or was registered mainly to resell.

5. Plans and Billing

Publishing is free. Your page, your posts and your subscriber list cost nothing.

Selling requires a subscription of $29 a month, billed through Stripe and renewing automatically until cancelled. We take no percentage of your sales. Stripe charges its own processing fees against your account, as it would on any Stripe account.

Cancel and selling switches off; your page, posts and subscribers stay. Fees already paid are not refunded for the remainder of a period unless the law requires it. We may change the price on notice, effective at your next renewal.

6. Selling: You Are the Seller

Payments run through your own connected Stripe account. You are the merchant of record for everything you sell. Money settles into your account at checkout - we never hold it, and there is no balance here to release.

That is genuinely your sale, and with it comes everything a sale carries:

  • What you deliver. A file that is what your listing promised, and showing up for every session at the time that was booked
  • Refunds and disputes. Your own refund policy, and any chargeback a buyer raises, resolved with your buyer against your Stripe balance
  • Tax. Charging, collecting and remitting whatever applies to you and to what you sell
  • Accuracy. Your listings describing what a buyer actually gets, at the price shown
  • Stripe's own terms, which you accept directly with Stripe when you connect the account

You may sell only digital products and online sessions. The service collects no shipping address and supports no physical fulfilment.

7. Your Content

What you publish stays yours. You grant us the licence we need to run the service: to store, reproduce and display your content so your page and its listings work for the people you show them to. It ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in routine backups.

You confirm you have the rights to what you publish and that it does not infringe anyone else's.

8. Your Subscribers

Your list is yours, and nobody else can see it. In return, what you send is yours as well: only address people who gave you their email on your page, never a purchased or scraped list. Every send carries a one-click unsubscribe, and you must not try to defeat it.

We send those messages on your behalf, so we may refuse or stop a send that would put our delivery reputation at risk.

9. Acceptable Use

Do not use Mesher to:

  • Break the law, or sell anything unlawful to sell
  • Infringe copyright, trademarks or anyone's privacy
  • Deceive buyers about what they are paying for
  • Distribute malware, or attack, probe or overload the service
  • Impersonate somebody else
  • Scrape or bulk-collect other people's pages or data

10. Suspension and Termination

You can stop at any time by cancelling or deleting your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we are required to act on, or that puts buyers or the service at risk - with notice where circumstances allow.

Deletion removes your content, listings and subscriber list, and releases your handle. Order records are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Availability

We work to keep the service up but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what you are paying for, we will say so in advance.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure against every threat.

We are not party to the sale between you and your buyer, and we do not guarantee any level of sales, audience or income.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from what you publish or sell, from your use of the service, or from your breach of these terms - including a claim brought by one of your buyers or subscribers.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and a material change will be announced before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.

17. Contact

By using Mesher, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
