How to get paid: connecting Stripe
Updated October 5, 2026

When someone buys from your Mesher page, they pay you, straight into your own Stripe account. Mesher never holds your money: every payment goes straight to you, and Stripe pays it out to your bank.
What you need
- A Mesher account, on any plan.
- A few minutes and your bank details. Stripe asks for them to verify who you are and where to send your money.
Connect your Stripe account
- Open Account settings and choose the Payments tab.
- Click Set up payments.
- Stripe opens. Fill in your details and the bank account you want to be paid into. It takes a couple of minutes.
- When you finish, you come back to the Payments tab, which shows where your setup stands.
If you stop halfway, the tab says You started setting up payments. Click Continue setup to pick up where you left off.
What the Payments tab tells you
- Connect a Stripe account to sell: nothing is set up yet.
- You started setting up payments: Stripe still needs something from you.
- Stripe is still reviewing your details: you have sent everything, and you can sell once Stripe has checked it.
- You're set up to take payments: you are ready.
Buy and Book buttons appear on your page only once Stripe lets you take payments, so visitors never reach a checkout that cannot work.
Fees
Mesher’s share of a sale depends on your plan, as listed on our pricing page. Stripe charges its usual processing fee on each payment, and it comes out of your Stripe balance. You can see every fee in your Stripe Dashboard.
When the money reaches your bank
Payments land in your Stripe balance straight away, and Stripe pays them out to your bank on its normal schedule. You can change the schedule in your Stripe Dashboard.
If the Payments tab shows Payouts to your bank: On hold, your sales are safe in Stripe, but they won't reach your bank until you finish verification. Click Continue setup to see what Stripe still needs.
Refunds and cancellations
You manage refunds from the Sales page in your dashboard:
- Refund this order returns the buyer's money in full, from your Stripe balance.
- Cancel this session refunds a booked session in full, puts the time back on sale, and tells the buyer you cancelled.
Disputes
Because every sale is made through your own Stripe account, you are the seller. If a buyer disputes a payment with their bank, Stripe tells you and you respond in your Stripe Dashboard. A clear description on every product, and delivering what you promised, is the best way to avoid disputes.
Referral commissions
If you earn commission through the Mesher referral program, it is paid into this same Stripe account.
